New Boards Coming

Well, I think it's finally time to change this whole board system. I know that there are only a handful of us actually posting but I like keeping the whole thing going. However, and you might not know about this, we've been getting all sorts of spam/porn posts on the board...somewhere between 15 and 20 per day. It's really easy for me to delete them but, unfortunately, it's not so easy to stop them. I tried by logging ip addresses from all posters but one of the spammers is using stolen ips.

ANYWAY, I'm not sure how the new system will work. It might require a password to join -- I hope that doesn't scare anyone off -- and, hopefully, I can make it "cookie-based" so you don't have to enter it every time you post.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to actually save all the old posts except as a read-only list of topics. Of course, it might not hurt to start all over again....
