I don't know who is or isn't playing Folklife this year. I know that neither I nor Mel Cooleys will be playing. I'll check with Scott Katz and the others and get back to you about who, when, where.

It would be great to do a Mel Cooleys reunion. We keep talking about it but it just doesn't seem to happen. Maybe I'll make some phone calls... By the way, we never broke up, we just don't play.

I WISH Scott and Miles/Karina would do new CDs!!! I don't care about our label...I just want to hear more of their music.

I would think that Uncle Bonsai is still a few great songs shy of a new recording. A new opener and closer..at least.
