Ordering By Telephone:

You may use your Visa or Mastercard to order by phone. Call the Mail Order/Concert Hotline at (206) 527-3546 and listen to the various messages. For information about our current titles, you'll want to listen to mailbox #2. For information about upcoming concerts, you'll want to listen to mailbox #3. For special events, or to leave your actual credit card order, go to mailbox #4. You can switch back and forth between mailboxes as many times as you like. When you're ready to order, wait for the beep (at any mailbox) and leave us your name, address, phone number, credit card number w/expiration date, and items you're ordering. If you have an email address -- you could be reading this at an internet cafe -- leave us that as well. Lastly, if the billing address for the credit card is different that the mailing address for the shipment, we need to know the billing zip code! This is very important; we can not process your order without this information.

If you're worried about security, only two people ever listen to this machine and we think they're pretty trustworthy!
